The weather forecast was calling for some type of epic blizzard today, but so far all that has fallen is rain… o.o Thinking we’d be bypassing spring, summer, and autumn altogether and moving straight back into winter I wanted to at least taste spring today…

So more strawberries…this time in the form of strawberry curd to be served with strawberry lemonade muffins or whatever your little heart desires. This is the first time I’ve ever made/used strawberry curd (or any curd for that matter) so I’m open for ideas to use this tasty treat up! 😉
