My Hillbilly Hotdog Lunch

Another stop for "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" on Food Network.
The hotdog on the left was the classic "Hillbilly Dog" with the homemade secret chili sauce, mustard and onions. The one of the right is an "Out Wayne", with the chili sauce, jalapenos, nacho cheese and real bacon bits. They were both very good. The buns are steamed and warm.
