How’s the casting around the Mountain Laurel?
Hike the A.T. in late June throught the Smokies. When your up that high it’s below 60 during the daytime, my thermometer said 50 most times I looked at it if it was cloudy. while it’s in the 90’s in Pidgeon Forge! Some of those peaks are well above 6,000 feet. My friend got stuck on the trail south of Hiawasse Georgia in a late April blizzard Everyone hiking was just stuck since they couldn’t see the trail untill it melted a little, as soon as they could see they took a break for a week.
